Commission orders: Name, address, payment details (for invoicing/shipping)
Cookies: None used, only technically necessary
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is used exclusively for:
Commission fulfillment (quotes, invoices, shipping)
Communication regarding your order
Portfolio photos (only with your explicit consent)
4. Storage Duration
Order data: 10 years (tax retention requirement)
Contact requests: Until order completion + 3 months, then deleted
Portfolio photos: After customer confirmation
5. Data Disclosure
Your data is not shared with third parties except:
Shipping providers (name/address for delivery)
Bank/PayPal (payment processing)
6. Instagram Integration
When using Instagram links/contact, Instagram's (Meta) privacy policy applies. I have no access to their data.
